Paul Kanno

Nutritional Microscopist

Paul Kanno is a Certified Nutritional Microscopist and integrative health practitioner specializing in live blood analysis and nutritional therapy. His work is rooted in the belief that the condition of our internal physiology directly impacts our physical, emotional, and energetic well-being.

Through live blood analysis, Paul helps clients gain insight into the inner workings of their body at the cellular level—identifying imbalances, deficiencies, and markers of inflammation that often go unnoticed. Combining this with personalized nutritional guidance, Paul creates protocols designed to support healing, reduce chronic symptoms, and restore vitality. He is Precision Nutrition Level 1 certified, enabling him to coach clients with clarity and confidence through strategic dietary changes that support whole-body transformation.

Paul is particularly passionate about supporting those navigating chronic illness and autoimmune conditions, helping them reconnect with their body through a holistic, systems-based approach. His philosophy includes addressing hidden stressors, supporting the gut, regulating the nervous system, and restoring balance through real, functional nourishment.

In addition to his clinical and nutritional work, Paul brings over 12 years of experience as a certified personal trainer (accredited by the National Exercise and Sports Trainers Association), with specialization in strength and conditioning and functional movement. He holds a Level 2 Functional Movement Systems certification and has worked extensively with manual fascia therapy and trigger point release to help clients move more freely and recover from muscular imbalances and tension.

Paul’s integrated approach—combining nutrition, movement, manual therapy, nervous system regulation, and somatic practices—offers clients a pathway to healing that addresses the entire person, not just the symptoms. His mission is to support others in reclaiming their health with clarity, compassion, and care.
